Renee Madden is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate group. She serves a broad range of clients from those requiring sophisticated tax planning to those for whom a simple will is appropriate.
Ms. Madden represents and assists the Personal Representative, sometimes known as the Executor, in Estate Administration. Often the Personal Representative is a family member or close friend of the decedent who must adjust to the death of a loved one while trying to deal with unfamiliar probate requirements.
Ms. Madden also represents beneficiaries in situations where their rights to estate or trust property have not been properly respected.
