Daniel (Dan) Scherr is an experienced litigator and heads the litigation practice of Carney, Kelehan, Bresler, Bennett and Scherr. His practice includes construction cases, commercial litigation and personal injury matters.  He represents contractors, businesses, boards of education, and individuals who face litigation or find the need to enforce their legal rights.

Mr. Scherr previously worked in the Office of General Counsel of The Rouse Company.  At The Rouse Company, Mr. Scherr engaged in real property matters dealing with shopping centers and the New Town of Columbia, Maryland.  He eventually opened his own practice and became a member of the Office of the Public Defender for the State of Maryland in its Howard County office.
