CarneyKelehan also represents several Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) Lenders and Freddie Mac Lenders in all types of loan transactions under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac product lines, as well as owners seeking to utilize said product lines.

CarneyKelehan works with many of its developer clients in the purchase and sale as well as the subdivision of both single family and commercial land parcels, and in the drafting of the relevant homeowners' association documents and condominium documents (both residential and commercial).
